Will I be Charged for waiting time?

Our operators checks the flight arrival status & all customers are privileged to 20 minute of free/grace waiting time at the Airport. A $40/hour + Gratuity will be charged after the initial free waiting time.

How do I find my driver? ( Inside Pickup)

Your driver will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to locate. The “meet and greet” is a great way to be welcomed by our company. Also, by any chance, if your are unable to locate your driver, you can always call our base 24/7 and we can locate the driver. All drivers are provided with cell phone and pager.

What is Curbside/Outside pick up?

This is a great time & money saver airport pick up procedure. After you have received your luggage, you can simply call us at 1-800-571-6344, and the driver will pick you up at the door with in 5-10 minutes. This way you can save time and the parking charges as well

When will you charge my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged on the day of the service. Reservations over $300 be charged full 24 hours prior the service. Reservation for Hourly Limo have a cancellation policy of 2 weeks. You will receive a full refund if you cancel before 14 days.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

All Airports Pick-up/Drop-Off cancellations should be done 8 Hours Prior to the pick-up time.

Wedding and Proms Cancellations should be done 60 days in advance.

NYC Tours/ Hourly Stretch Limo trips should be cancelled 14 days Prior to pickup Date.

All Cancellations which does not meet our Cancellations Policy will be Charged Full Price.

What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation “No Show”?

ALL no shows will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged, you must call us at 1-888-345-0004 to cancel or update your trip.

Is your Service Guarantee?

After you have received your “Confirmation Number”, your car is guaranteed to arrive for you. After our operator takes a reservation, you are guaranteed to have a vehicle at the pick up location on time.

Terms and Conditions of Limo Rental?

The Client shall be held financially responsible for any and all damages incurred by themselves or by any member of their party, including all cleaning bills, If the client or any member of their party become ill or spill beverages and/or food items on the interior and/or exterior of the limousine, there is a minimum charge of $50 up to and including the full amount of the cleaning bill. Executive Limousine Service reserves the right to apply the full amount of the cleaning bill, on the client.

Our insurance Require all Passengers to Fastened Seat Belt at all times during there trip. According to New Jersey Seat Belt law all occupants are required to buckle up, regardless of their seating position in a vehicle. New Jersey law allows police to issue summonses to unbuckled back seat occupants, 18 years of age and older, Law makes Driver responsible for proper seat belt use by all occupants who are under the age of 18. Applies to all Passenger Vehicles including vans, trucks and SUV’s, that are required to be equipped with seat belts.

There are absolutely no illegal drugs of any kind permitted in the limousine at any time by the client or by anyone in the client’s party. Discovery of such will lead to immediate termination of the client’s Rental Agreement with no refund due & the driver will call the Police immediately

Any disorderly conduct on the part of the client or by anyone in the client’s party will result in termination of the client’s Renter’s Agreement with no refund due. The chauffeur, although under no obligation to, may give one (1) warning to the client prior to termination.

 Executive Limousine Service cannot and will not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays or inconveniences due to traffic conditions, mechanical failures, or situations deemed to be an “Act of God”.

 Any returned checks will incur a fee of $50.00 The client will be held responsible for all attorney, legal, and/or collections fees.

Executive Limousine Service cannot and will not be held responsible for any items left in the limousine by either the client or any member of the client’s party during or after the charter. However, our drivers are always kind to return goods if found.

If you phone-in your credit card number to Executive Limousine Service in order to make a deposit or pay for limousine service, it is considered a legal and binding verbal contract and you agree to allow us to access your card for payments.
